SMS Terms

The program

Pakkr USA runs one text message program: customer care on our order line, (925) 238-8458. It is the same number you can call. We use it to answer questions about products, pricing, quotes, delivery, and will call pickup.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting us first. There is no signup form, no checkout box, and no list you can be added to: we reply only to numbers that have messaged us, and we never text a number that has not texted us. Your first message gets one automatic reply confirming you are on the order line, and after that you are talking to us.

If you have opted out and want to start again, reply START, UNSTOP, SUBSCRIBE, or OPTIN.

What we send

Answers to what you asked, and nothing else: stock and sizes, prices, quote details, order status, delivery and will call timing, our address and hours. We do not send marketing, promotions, newsletters, or bulk messages, and we do not sell or rent your number.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. The conversation is one to one, so the number of messages depends on what you ask and how long the thread runs. Message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile carrier and not by us. Pakkr does not charge for texts.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and we stop. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT all work the same way. You get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can still call or email us any time.

Getting help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message and we send back our name, phone, and email. You can also call (925) 238-8458 or email sales@pakkrusa.com, Mon to Fri 8am to 4pm.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and support for the program depends on your carrier. If a text does not reach us, call or email instead.

Your information

We keep your number and the messages you send us so we can answer you and keep a record of the order. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data is never shared with anyone.
