End-User License Agreement

Effective July 22, 2026

1. About this software

This agreement covers the Pakkr QuickBooks integration (the "Software"), a private, internal tool operated by Pakkr to automate its own bookkeeping and invoicing inside QuickBooks Online. The Software connects to Intuit APIs on behalf of Pakkr's own company file. It is not sold, published, or offered to the public.

2. License

Pakkr grants its own authorized administrators a limited, non-transferable right to use the Software for internal business operations only. The Software may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available to any third party.

3. Acceptable use

The Software is used only for purposes clearly related to accounting, invoicing, payments, and finance workflows, consistent with Intuit's developer terms. Users will not attempt to access data belonging to any company other than Pakkr's own, and will not use the Software to circumvent Intuit's security or rate limits.

4. Ownership

Pakkr retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software. QuickBooks, Intuit, and related marks belong to Intuit Inc. and are used only to describe the integration.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Pakkr does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pakkr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

7. Termination

Pakkr may disconnect the Software from QuickBooks and revoke access at any time. Access to Intuit data ends when the connection is revoked.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
